To give you an global idea, I have bought 2 of it so yiu have an idea how happy I am with the product. I use it to power from my laptop till my jabra headset. I'm not sure how much current my headset needs but even full charged, the powerbank keeps its monitoring light on. I guess in such condition the currenty sucks by the headset should be really low. Now the decision to buy it or not is up to you.

I have not measured it, but I am satisfied with the part. If the specification turns out to be incorrect, this is a promised feature that is not honoured. The seller would also have to "convert", i.e. cancel the purchase. Of course, as we all know since our e-cars, there is always a 10% difference in capacity and 10% in consumption.
According to the manufacturer's specifications, it is possible to charge several devices with USB-C such as notebooks, tablets and smartphones. You should be able to charge the ThinkPad via the USB-C port.
