Hello, yes, something is wrong. Your Macbook should have a battery of approx. 100Wh, the powerbank has 75Wh, which means that it should be able to charge your laptop to approx. 75%. Unfortunately, you can't compare the mAh directly because the laptop has a higher voltage level. mAh is actually the wrong parameter for a powerbank, but unfortunately it has become the norm in the industry. The correct parameter for a comparison is the Wh.
I charge mine with the charger from my Dell XPS 13, but any equivalent USB-C charger will work. Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, etc. etc. If you don't have any of those this one will do the job: Aukey Omnia PA-B6S + USB C cable (90 W, GaN Technology, Power Delivery 3.0, Quick Charge 4.0, Adaptive Fast Charge)
