Features of HTPLA Metal from the PLA Plastic Family

Brass, bronze, and copper HTPLA can be printed like regular filament, but they have a surface that resembles real metal, resulting in beautiful, durable parts.

Hardening objects made with HTPLA is not difficult, but it must be done correctly for the best results.

1. Preheat the oven to 95-110 degrees.

2. Once the oven is preheated, place your printed object inside. We recommend placing the object on a flat aluminum sheet or similar. Set a timer for 10 minutes.

Printing properties: Printing temperature 190 - 200 °C, printing speed 20 - 30 mm/s, bed temperature 40 - 60 °C, difficulty level medium, surface normal, specific weight 2.3 g/cm³, heat resistance 155 °C, possible nozzles hardened steel, copper, ruby, adhesion types 3DLac adhesion spray.

Special features: Metal content.

A hardened nozzle with a diameter of at least 0.50 mm is recommended.
