Buy PEKK 3D printer filament for high-performance applications. Polyetherketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic and belongs to the family of polyaryletherketones. With its high heat and chemical resistance, as well as its ability to withstand high mechanical loads, it is perfect for producing demanding end-use parts. Additionally, it is inherently flame-retardant and has unique tribological properties.

PEKK is easier to process than PEEK filament. PEKK filament features an adjustable crystallization rate, allowing users of FFF or FDM 3D printers to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PEEK and the easier processing of amorphous materials. PEKK filament has better layer adhesion and offers similar strength and resistance properties, as well as improved dimensional stability. PEKK has a higher glass transition temperature than PEEK by 15°C.
