Polymaker Fiberon™ PPS-CF10

Fiberon PPS-CF10 is a carbon fiber reinforced PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) filament that exhibits minimal deformation under mechanical stress, high heat resistance, and chemical resistance. It does not require a heated chamber and is specifically designed for use in extreme conditions. With an excellent V0 flame retardant rating and moisture insensitivity, it is ideal for professional applications.

Note: The test specimens used in the technical data sheets are 3D printed and annealed under the recommended conditions.

Direct drive:
Retraction distance: 3 mm

Retraction distance: 6 mm

Recommended drying settings:
Regular oven: 100 °C for 10 h
PolyDryer: Level 3 for 18 h (only if the material has absorbed moisture)

Recommended annealing settings: 125 °C for 16 h
