Compared to regular repeaters, Plume Pods continuously provide ideal WiFi coverage while you are surfing. They are tailored to all WiFi-connected devices, taking into account their specific requirements and locations. Plume also optimizes home WiFi by considering interference from neighboring networks. For an apartment, it's best to start with a set of three, while a set of six is suitable for a house.

You can easily and quickly install the smart Plume Pods using the intuitive Plume WiFi app. Download the app, follow the instructions, distribute the pods, and you're good to go. Thanks to the app, you can also monitor your home WiFi on-the-go at any time. Plume offers even more. Right from the start, you have access to a variety of useful applications for your internet security (personal passwords), parental control (blacklisting/whitelisting), and more. New valuable applications are continuously being added, such as Advanced IoT Protection.

If you have a question about a new application, your service subscription ensures you always receive personal support. Customer support is provided by Broadband Networks AG as the Swiss partner of Plume or an appointed third party. To continue benefiting from the full Plume services after 12 months from activation, the subscription must be renewed. The registered user in the app will be contacted via email for this purpose. The price for the subscription renewal is 75 CHF per year. If the service subscription is not renewed, the pods can still be used as access points, but no further optimizations will occur, and services such as online protection, parental control, and ad blocking will no longer be available.
