Product details
Experience VR with the highest level of detail. Thanks to its high resolution, the Pimax Artisan minimizes the so-called screen door effect in both games and 360° or 3D videos – meaning individual pixels are less noticeable, which is often a problem with lower-resolution headsets. The 3K version achieves a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Pimax Artisan is compatible with PiPlay, Steam VR, and Oculus Home, allowing you to enjoy all mainstream VR content in high resolution without any issues. It is also compatible with the Lighthouse tracking system, making it easy to use with HTC Vive base stations and controllers.
Comfortable and modular design: The Pimax headset impresses with its lightweight construction despite its wide design. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted at the bottom (60 - 73 mm). Additionally, the interpupillary distance can be further adjusted in PiTool. The lens area is padded with elastic textile material, ensuring comfort even during longer gaming sessions. There are also two USB-C ports available for connecting various modules that expand functionality, including eye tracking or hand tracking modules, which are sold separately.
