Product details

From standard PLA to PEEK and carbon fiber reinforced materials, the silicon carbide nozzle can meet all printing requirements for any material. It uses 99.9% high-purity silicon carbide material for the nozzle opening, providing high temperature resistance and exceptional wear resistance, ensuring long-term printing at 550 °C without wear on the nozzle opening and surface. The nozzle tip, made from 99.9% high-purity silicon carbide, has high thermal conductivity, leading to efficient nozzle heating and fast printing. The silicon carbide tip is assembled using a special riveting process to ensure a stable and reliable fit. The design of the nozzle body ensures high strength without breakage. The entire nozzle is coated with DLC, which has a surface friction coefficient of only 0.05, allowing for clean printing without plastic sticking. The nozzle offers high machining accuracy, with an opening dimension tolerance of 0.01 mm and a concentricity of 0.02 mm.
