Product details

Compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and composites such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and wood. Silicon carbide nozzle with a Mohs hardness of 9.8. Durable materials ensure long-lasting use. Heat break with EndCoat coating for efficient performance. Copper-coated heating block for stable heating. Includes heating cartridge and thermistor.

The Conch Hotend Plus is designed for long-lasting use and is made from durable, wear-resistant materials that can handle demanding applications. Its silicon carbide nozzle is exceptionally robust, with a Mohs hardness of 9.8, and lasts up to seven times longer than a hardened steel nozzle, making it ideal for abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or fiberglass.

Optimized performance is achieved through a copper-coated heating block and a heat break treated with EndCoat, ensuring smooth heat transfer and a constant filament flow. The rigid kinematic coupling system is designed to minimize damage from impacts and reduce maintenance over time.

Note: This hotend is fully integrated, so the nozzle cannot be replaced individually. However, it comes with a heating cartridge and a thermistor, making it ready to use right away. Whether you are working with standard filaments or industrial composites, the Conch Hotend Plus delivers consistent results and keeps maintenance low.
