The BETTERMANN isCon ASE 23 connection element is an innovative product specifically designed for the isCon® Pro+ and Premium derivation. It consists of two testable connection elements that allow for precise function and condition determination. Thanks to the integrated ASE technology (Adaptive Switching Element), comprehensive repeat tests can be conducted according to the standards VDE 0185-305-3 (IEC/EN 62305-3). This product features a screwable configuration that enables easy testing with common insulation measuring devices (1 kV DC). It is suitable for use in all lightning protection classes and ensures high system availability, as no shutdown, disassembly, or testing with hazardous impulse voltages is required. The QR code allows for easy access to the test protocol, facilitating documentation and traceability of the tests. The delivery also includes a heat shrink tube and a hex key, further simplifying handling.
