Welcome to the Paldea region, an expansive land with vast plains dotted with lakes, towering peaks, barren areas, and treacherous mountain worlds. Jump freely between three great stories and challenge Gym Leaders in the order of your choice. The three Pokémon you can choose as your first partner are Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Each has its special ability that you can strategically use for your first steps in the game. Encounter Koraidon in Pokémon Scarlet and Miraidon in Pokémon Violet. You can ride these legendary Pokémon, and they can change their form depending on what they do or what terrain they traverse. The phenomenon of Terastallization can only be found in the Paldea region, making Pokémon shimmer and sparkle like jewels. Terastallize a Pokémon at strategically smart moments during a battle to activate its Tera Type. In this new adventure, there are two different professors. Which one you will meet depends on which edition you choose. Discover more about these professors together with Nemona, your new friend.
