You can personalize your workout by choosing from various fitness goals. Train whether you're alone, with a friend, at home, or on the go. Now you can work out anytime and anywhere with the Nintendo Switch system. Get your boxing basics while jamming to instrumental versions of 20 unlockable hits, including "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO, "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen, and "Sugar" by Maroon 5. Punch and squat as you use the Joy-Con controllers to get your whole body moving—no additional fitness equipment required.
Daily workouts range from 10 to 40 minutes and offer both Normal and Fast modes. The game software estimates your approximate BMI and daily calorie burn, allowing you to track your progress. Choose from a variety of trainers and customize their appearance with unlockable trainer outfits. As you progress, you can earn more songs and more challenging workouts. If you prefer to train with a buddy, you can use two Joy-Con controllers or share a pair to have fun together or test your skills by facing off in a virtual ring.
