Product details

The battery grip holds up to two Nikon lithium-ion batteries of type EN-EL15b (sold separately). The battery grip is protected against dust and moisture and features an LED charge level indicator for each of the two battery compartments. Batteries can be swapped out while in use, which is particularly convenient for longer video or time-lapse recordings. The batteries can be charged directly in the battery grip using the AC power adapter EH-7P (sold separately). When the battery grip is attached to the camera, the camera must be turned off in order to charge the batteries via the grip's integrated USB port.
