Product details

NEXT PDUs (Power Distribution Units) are flexible multi-outlet power strips designed for easy connection of multiple loads, either as standalone units or mounted on rack-mounted UPS systems. NEXT aPDUs (Ampere/Volt measured Power Distribution Units) provide active measurement for energy optimization and circuit protection. Ampere/Volt measured PDUs deliver data on power usage, enabling data center managers to make informed decisions regarding load distribution and optimal sizing of IT environments to reduce overall costs. NEXT iPDUs (Intelligent Power Distribution Units) allow for advanced, customizable power control and active monitoring. Outlet-level remote controls enable on/off functionality for power cycling, allowing devices to be restarted remotely and restricting unauthorized use of individual outlets. Power sequencing time delays allow users to set the order in which connected devices are powered on or off to avoid circuit overload. Power measurement provides real-time remote monitoring of connected loads with customizable alarms to warn of potential circuit overloads. Users can access, configure, and control iPDUs via secure web, SNMP, command line, or Telnet interfaces. The new NEXT iPDUs include real-time power monitoring, a temperature/humidity sensor connection, and IEC-LOCK outlets.
