The Neumann KM 184 mt Stereo Set is a highly advanced tabletop microphone designed as the successor to the proven KM 84. It combines established capsule technology with modern electrical properties to ensure outstanding sound quality. The pressure gradient transducers of the KM 184 provide a very flat frequency response both on the 0° axis and with lateral sound incidence, allowing for precise and uncolored sound transmission. The slight boost in the 9 kHz range gives the microphone a fresh and vibrant sound character, making it ideal for broadcast applications. With a low self-noise and high output capability, the KM 184 is perfectly suited for professional applications and offers an extended dynamic range.
