NEC PH3501QL
4K, 35000 lmProduct details
By utilizing a highly heat-resistant phosphor wheel and an extremely reliable phosphor material, the projectors enable trouble-free operation without the need for light source replacement for up to 20,000 hours. Furthermore, NEC's unique light source design (RB Laser) achieves a high brightness of 40,000 center lumens while simultaneously providing a wide color gamut. The projectors employ a 1.38-inch True 4K (4,096 × 2,160) DLP chip that faithfully reproduces the input video by using a vast number of pixels to display 4K video pixel by pixel. The optical engine and laser light source are completely sealed, preventing microscopic particles such as smoke from entering the sealed optical unit and settling on the optical components, ensuring high reliability. The red and blue laser sources and the green phosphor generate the three primary colors. Thanks to this technology, the projector can output the DCI-P3 color space without filters, enhancing chromatic purity. In NEC's unique laser beam source layout, high brightness and a large color gamut are compatible. It encompasses the color space of ITU-R BT.709 and DCI-P3, expanding the possibilities of image production through the overwhelming color space. NEC's unique video processor, developed based on technologies fostered during the development of digital cinema projectors and built on years of expertise in image processing, ensures excellent image quality through rich representation of color gradations and high definition via advanced video processing technology.
