The two brackets are attached to the tube, then the barndoor is secured to the brackets using Velcro, and finally, the directional grid is inserted.
This minimizes light spill to the sides and improves alignment. It is excellent for selectively illuminating subjects, is easy and quick to attach, and can be folded flat for storage and transport.
