CM2 Nozzle - for FlowTech Hotend

The Micro Swiss CM2 Nozzle is an ideal nozzle for all applications. The core of the nozzle is made from a high-temperature copper-chromium-zirconium alloy, which is coated with a nickel layer that does not require electricity. This special alloy retains its strength at much higher temperatures than a standard copper alloy. The nozzle tip is made from hardened M2 high-speed steel and features a special non-stick nano-coating.

Features of the Micro Swiss CM2 Nozzle:

  • Body made of copper-chromium-zirconium, chemically nickel-plated
  • Insert made of hardened high-speed steel, chemically nickel-plated
  • Coated with a WS2 nano non-stick coating
  • Coefficient of friction: 0.035
  • Heat-treated hardness: 68 HRC.
