Product details

MicroSwiss M2 hardened high-speed nozzle RepRap - M6 thread - 0.8 mm/1.75 mm filament. The M2 nozzles are designed for high temperatures, wear resistance, and excellent non-stick properties. The nozzles are made from M2 high-speed steel, hardened to 68 HRC and tempered, chemically nickel-plated, and coated with WS2. The M2 nozzles can be used at temperatures up to 450 °C without losing their hardness. M2 hardened high-speed steel - 68 HRC coating - chemical nickel coating hardness - 70-73 HRC coating - WS2 coating friction coefficient - 0.035. Compatible with all printers featuring an E3D V4 / V5 / V6 1.75 hotend, Prusa i3 MK2 / MK2S / MK3 / Mini, and any JGAURORA Cube.
