Product details
Microswiss and Bondtech have teamed up to introduce the High Flow, Hardened Tip CM2™ nozzle into the FlowTech ecosystem. This new nozzle integrates proprietary CHT technology, specifically designed to enhance filament flow rates. The core of the nozzle is made from high-temperature resistant copper-chromium-zirconium and is coated with a chemically deposited nickel layer. This special alloy retains its strength at significantly higher temperatures compared to a standard copper alloy. The tip of the nozzle is made from M2 hardened high-speed steel and features a special WS2 anti-stick nanocoating.
Features of the CHT - CM2™ nozzle:
- Body made of copper-chromium-zirconium
- Coated with chemically deposited nickel
- M2 hardened high-speed steel inserts
- Coated with an anti-stick WS2 nano coating
- Coefficient of friction: 0.035
- Heat-treated hardness: 68 HRC
- High flow CHT technology
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/second. A more uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers.
Available nozzle openings: 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm. Manufactured in Sweden by Bondtech and assembled in the USA by Microswiss.
