With The Bluecoats: North & South, there are a variety of game modes that allow you to enhance your turn-based strategy, familiarize yourself with real-time battles, and participate in a good old FPS mode. A complete two-player mode—a must for North and South—is also included.

Features include:

• Turn-based strategy map: Take charge of operations and move your battalions to conquer new states, attack the enemy, or strengthen your positions.
• Real-time battles: Get to the heart of the action and confront the enemy directly. Use your infantry, cavalry, and artillery to achieve victory. Leverage the strengths of each corps to annihilate your opponent.
• Attack and defend forts and trains in FPS mode. The completely redesigned gameplay puts you in the soldier's shoes. Defend your positions against the intruder or take the initiative by assaulting enemy holdings.
