The duplex cable from Metz Connect is a state-of-the-art fiber optic cable designed for use in multimode networks. With a fiber structure of 50/125 µm according to IEC 60793-2-10 Type A1a.2, it offers excellent performance and is ideal for applications requiring high bandwidth and fast data transmission. The cable features a laser-optimized, bend-insensitive multimode fiber that ensures reliable signal transmission. The outer diameter of 2.0 x 4.2 mm and the halogen-free jacket material with low smoke emission provide additional safety and flexibility during installation. The duplex cable is designed as a zipcord (figure 8) and has two solid conductors reinforced with aramid for strain relief. It is 100% tested and available in various lengths to meet the specific needs of users.
