Metz Connect BTR fibre optic data socket, 2-fold SC duplex / 4-fold ST, singlemode and multimode

The BTR fiber optic data socket from Metz Connect is a versatile fiber optic connection unit suitable for both surface-mounted and flush-mounted installation. It accommodates two SC duplex and four ST connections and is designed for both singlemode and multimode applications. The data socket features a thoughtful design that allows for easy installation and handling. An integrated cable reservoir ensures that the bending radius of approximately 30 mm is maintained, supporting the durability of the cable connections. The plug orientation is tilted downwards by 10°, allowing for flexible adaptation to various installation conditions. Additionally, the data socket is equipped with a viewing window that allows for easy labeling of the connections, thus facilitating the identification of the connections.
