Designed for NVMe-capable backplanes from Supermicro. These backplanes detect NVMe drive connections via white Mini SAS HD connectors. The Broadcom U.2 Enabler is used to connect 94xx series controllers to NVMe backplanes with SFF-8643 connectors.
