Apple has minimized the number of ports on the iMac 24 M1 (2021) to just two Thunderbolt 4 ports on the base model or two Thunderbolt 4 ports and two USB-C ports on the top model. How can users connect USB peripherals to the new iMac?

The compact LMP USB-C Tiny Hub can be connected to one of these Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C ports and provides three USB-A ports, each with 5 Gbit/s. The LMP USB-C Tiny Hub is specifically designed for the iMac 24 M1 (2021) and is ideal for connecting any USB-A peripherals. The sturdy aluminum housing matches all color variants of the iMac 24 M1 (2021). To minimize strain on the USB-C port, the Tiny Hub features a nano-polymer adhesive pad on the back that securely attaches to the surface of the iMac. This ensures a firm grip and safe unplugging of USB cables while leaving no marks when removed. The adhesive can even be washed to restore its stickiness if it gets dirty.
