Product details
This Lindy USB C Laptop Docking Station offers a compact and multifunctional solution for connecting laptops, tablets, or smartphones to a variety of interfaces, including three displays, via a single cable.
The docking station includes all the interfaces needed for a standard workstation and can be connected to a laptop or tablet with just one cable, providing triple AV functions, power, Gigabit Ethernet, audio, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 SuperSpeed hub, and a (Micro)SD card reader simultaneously.
With DisplayPort Alternate Mode via the USB Type C port, the docking station allows the connection of two or three monitors to a compatible notebook via HDMI and/or DisplayPort. When using a single monitor, resolutions of up to Ultra HD 4K at 60Hz can be displayed via HDMI or up to 5K at 60Hz via the DisplayPort interface. When using three monitors, the maximum resolution is 1x 4K at 60Hz and 2x 4K at 30Hz.
The included 24W power supply is required for the full functionality of the docking station. With support for USB Power Delivery, a laptop's USB Type C power supply can also be used to provide up to 100W for powering and charging the laptop. The docking station features a built-in USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub, offering three Type-A ports and one Type-C port. One Type-A USB port supports the USB Battery Charging Specification 1.2 for charging mobile devices, allowing it to charge significantly faster at 5V and up to 1.5A than a standard USB port.
Please note: Some AMD GPUs and 8th generation Intel NUCs do not support two native 4K displays.
