The DST-Pro Universal is a professional and multifunctional solution for connecting any computer (laptop, MacBook, tablet, or smartphone) with a USB Type C or Type A port to a range of interfaces, including three displays, via a single cable. It simultaneously supports three monitors, gigabit network connectivity, audio, and offers a USB SuperSpeed Hub with data rates up to 10 Gbit/s.

This docking station combines DisplayLink and DisplayPort Alternate Mode technology and allows two or three displays to be connected to both Windows and Apple computers. When using a single monitor, resolutions up to 4K 60Hz are possible. If three displays are connected, two reach a maximum resolution of 4K 60Hz and one up to 4K 30Hz. Thanks to DisplayLink technology, MacBooks with both Intel-based processors and the M1 chip also support MST with two extended displays.

The included 130-watt high power adapter powers the docking station while also enabling the use of USB Power Delivery via USB-C to power and charge the connected notebook extremely quickly at up to 100 watts. The docking station features a high-speed LAN port for fast connection to the corporate network, an integrated USB 3.2 hub that provides three Type-A ports and two Type-C ports for a variety of USB devices, and an audio combo port for headsets or a microphone. The power button enables power saving, and the Kensington lock provides security in shared offices.

HDMI Port #3 requires a host computer that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (USB Type C or Thunderbolt 3/4).

USB 3.0, USB 3.1, and USB 3.2 PCs, cables, and peripherals are compatible with each other as long as they use USB Type A or USB Type C interfaces. USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbit/s.
