Product details
The combination of the new Lensbaby Composer Pro II and the Edge 50 optics makes it possible to achieve the famous miniature effect quickly and easily. But that's not all. Experience the liberating feeling of setting the focus point where you want it to be. Surrounded by a creamy blur, there are no limits to creativity. The construction allows a wide variety of gimmicks that come very close to freelensing.
With the selective focus of this combination of lens and optics, photographers and filmmakers can direct the viewer's eyes to a specific area in the image. In this way, normal pictures become unique specimens, whether they are exciting landscapes, street photos, precise close-ups, soft portraits, funny miniature effects, or appetizing food photos.
If the Composer Pro II is not swiveled but aligned straight, the Lensbaby lens system becomes a classic portrait lens without any creative blurring. It offers the fastest and most intuitive way to switch between traditional shots and tilt-shift shots.
The use of the Lensbaby Composer Pro II and the Edge 50 system is quickly learned through intuitive handling. The tilting of the Composer Pro II allows you to place the warping tape where you want it. By turning the Composer Pro II, the focus can be placed in any direction, whether transverse, oblique, or straight. By adjusting the Edge 50 optics, you can widen the warp effect as desired.
The tube and swivel joint of the Composer Pro II are made of metal and are therefore highly resilient. The advanced focus mechanism ensures smooth and precise handling. You can use the aperture adjustment ring to change the depth of field of the internal aperture, which consists of 9 blades, from the full aperture of 3.2 with a shallow depth of field to a closed aperture of 22 with a wide focus range.
