The Kolink 1-2 PWM Fan Splitter Cable is a 1-to-2 PWM fan splitter that allows users to connect up to two PWM fans from just one PWM fan header on the motherboard . Since the fans are PWM controlled, the speed of each fan changes depending on the temperature of the CPU and/or motherboard BIOS settings, which means that the speed and therefore the noise is reduced when the system does not require high airflow.
