Blue Reflection: Second Light follows the adventures of three students, Ao Hoshizaki, Kokoro Utsubo, and Yuki Kinjou, who suddenly find themselves without memories in a mysterious floating academy. The only thing they remember are their names. They must search for clues to find their way back home. One day, while exploring a path to another land, the protagonists are greeted by a horde of deadly monsters. In their battle against these diabolical creatures, they discover unknown powers within themselves, leading to further mysteries. Throughout their adventure, the three friends work closely together, making their days as varied and entertaining as possible. In this unknown world, their true feelings and personalities are revealed, and their bond grows stronger as they uncover their powers and abilities.

In the game, the protagonists can further develop the academy and craft items whose properties are determined by different character combinations. By deepening their friendship, the three students can unveil the secrets of the world. Will they discover why they ended up in this world without memories?.
