The Kathrein ESD 85 antenna socket is a high-quality dual single connection socket specifically designed for use in the TV sector. It allows for the connection of TV, radio, and satellite via a DC pass-through and offers a connection attenuation of 1 dB in the AM/FM as well as VHF/UHF/SAT ranges. The stable die-cast housing made of high-quality stainless steel ensures reliable and long-lasting performance. The flush-mounted installation with screw and claw fastening guarantees secure installation in flush-mounted boxes with a diameter of 55-65 mm. The antenna socket meets the relevant standards EN 60728-11 and EN 50083-2, making it suitable for professional use. With a compact design of 80 x 80 x 40 mm and a weight of only 10 g, the socket blends inconspicuously into any installation environment. The ESD 85 offers flexible connection options for various frequency bands, including TV frequencies from 5 to 862 MHz, radio frequencies from 88 to 108 MHz, and satellite frequencies from 950 to 2150 MHz. The construction is designed for optimal signal transmission and supports the DC pass-through, making it a versatile solution for modern TV installations.
