The pipe-mounted resistance thermometer enables accurate temperature measurements on surfaces due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor and the special housing design. A small angle is cut out in the center of the bottom of the housing, allowing for attachment to round surfaces. An M16 x 1.5 mm cable gland facilitates the connection of the electrical supply and increases the protection class to IP65. The resistance thermometer complies with DIN EN 60751 (Class B) and is configured as 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire connection, designed for temperatures ranging from -50 to +120 °C. The dimensions of the plastic housing are 30 x 32 x 50 mm. The simple installation with straps or cable ties eliminates the need for mechanical processing of the measurement site. A corresponding mounting kit is included in the delivery.
