This conductive conductivity sensor has a cell constant of K=0.01 (for measurement ranges of 0.05 to 10 µS/cm or 0.1 to 20 MΩ/cm) and features a Pt1000 measuring element in a two-wire configuration. Installation is done via the process connection adapter PEKA made of stainless steel (1.4435) with EHEDG certification. An M12 connector is available for the electrical connection. The electrode material is stainless steel (1.4435). The insertion length is 70 mm. The operating temperature ranges from 0 to +135 °C under normal conditions and up to +150 °C for a maximum of 45 minutes during sterilization. The maximum pressure load is 9 bar at 25 °C and 15 bar at 150 °C (for a maximum of 45 minutes). This version is a so-called pharmaceutical version with a certificate of conformity according to EN 10204 3.1 for material and roughness, with the roughness of the medium-contacting parts being less than 0.8 µm, accompanied by ASTM certification and sealed in foil.
