The screw-in resistance thermometer enables temperature measurement in gaseous as well as liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The proven installation form ensures reliable sealing under both vacuum and pressure conditions. The continuous protective tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1.4571, protecting the measuring element from chemical influences and mechanical damage.

The resistance thermometer is ideally suited for applications in climate and refrigeration technology as well as in heating, furnace, and apparatus construction. It complies with DIN EN 60751 (Class B) and is designed as 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire configuration, suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 to +150 °C. The connection head in form J is made of aluminum die-cast and features a cable gland M16 x 1.5, suitable for temperatures between -40 to +100 °C. The protective tube has dimensions of 6.0 x 50 mm. A G 1/2 inch threaded connection serves as the process connection.
