Soft, more contrasted light with harder shadows comes from the silver interior of the light modifier. Soft, diffused light is achieved with the two translucent diffusers, which can be easily attached to the softbox. The inner diffuser further reduces the creation of a brighter light area in the center of the image. The outer diffuser creates a larger light surface and spreads the light further. Both diffusers also minimize the occurrence of distracting reflections on shiny surfaces – a significant advantage in portrait and product photography. The included black grid reduces stray light, focuses the light more towards the center, and darkens the outer areas. Without altering the soft light character, the softbox with the attached grid illuminates the subject more precisely and controlled.
