Unicable II™ - Programmable LNB and Multiswitch (ODU) Solutions

Inverto has been a leader in single cable solutions since 2005 and a major provider of a range of ODU products for the world's leading satellite operators. Unicable II™ is the second generation of Inverto's single cable solutions based on Digital Channel Stacking Technology (dCSS) and supports up to 32 user bands, utilizing the latest full-band capture technology.

Unlike other providers that rely entirely on IC manufacturers to supply compatible software, Inverto's R&D team has full control over the software and hardware of their Unicable II LNB and multiswitch products. This allows Inverto to develop and add special hardware and software features for its products, while customers benefit from the ability to quickly customize the product to meet their individual requirements.

The LNB and multiswitch solutions are based on BRCM, MXL, and ENTR dCSS ICs, supporting both DYNAMIC mode (EN50607) and STATIC mode (a fixed assignment of transponder frequencies mapped to IF frequencies). The operating characteristics (e.g., dynamic/static mode, channel bandwidth/channel frequency, output level, etc.) are freely programmable and can be configured and updated using the Inverto programming device and PC software or mobile application. The products can be powered either through a connected receiving device or via a power inserter with an AC/DC power supply if the receiving device does not provide sufficient voltage.
