Intel® AES New Instructions (Intel® AES-NI) is a set of instructions for fast and secure encryption and decryption of data. AES-NI are valuable components for cryptographic applications, such as mass encryption/decryption, authentication, random number generation, and authenticated encryption.

The Intel® Trusted Execution Technology enhances the security of PCs. It includes a range of hardware extensions for Intel® processors and chipsets that provide additional security features for the digital office platform, such as secure booting of system programs and the operating system, and running applications in a protected environment. This creates an environment where applications can run in their own isolated area, separate from all other software on the system.
