The iPower is an Ultra Low Noise plug-in power supply. The iPower utilizes technology that has been used in military applications. iFi's Active Noise Cancellation technology, or ANC, is based on the principle of minimizing radar signals. Incoming interference signals are first analyzed, and then an identical signal is generated, but with a phase shift, allowing the signals to cancel each other out. The iPower can be used very flexibly due to its interchangeable plugs. Some examples include: D/A converters, headphone amplifiers, effects devices, mixers, and wireless systems.
