The iBasso DX170 is a practical all-round music player in a handy pocket size, designed to delight both newcomers to Hi-Res music and discerning music lovers. The two Cirrus Logic CS43131 DACs reproduce sound with precision, detail, fine resolution, and beautiful transparency. The open Android 11 operating system makes installing and using apps particularly easy. The APKPure app is already installed on the DX170, allowing for quick and straightforward downloading and using of apps like Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, Qobuz, and more. Also pre-installed is the user-friendly Mango Player app, which organizes and plays music stored on the DX170 in a clear manner. The many equalizer settings in the Mango app allow for a highly customizable sound tailored to individual preferences. Audio files can be stored on the 32 GB internal memory, and if needed, the storage can be expanded with a microSD card. In addition to WiFi for streaming services, the DX170 is also equipped with Bluetooth for wireless music playback on Bluetooth headphones or speakers. The DX170 can also function as a Bluetooth receiver for wireless music playback. Furthermore, it can be used as a USB DAC to enhance sound quality on a computer. The menu navigation is very intuitive, and the borderless, high-contrast five-inch touchscreen display impresses with excellent resolution and color fidelity. The tactile wheel on the right side of the DX170 allows for precise volume adjustment.
