Product details
HP Intelligent Management Center (IMC) is a modular, comprehensive resource management platform. With its comprehensive support for devices, IMC provides true end-to-end management for the entire network and process lifecycle. IMC Service Health Manager (SHM) is an IMC module that provides end-to-end service monitoring and service quality assurance by visualizing infrastructure or network variance/factors in the service path. SHM uses data derived from other IMC components to determine critical performance metrics. SHM then aggregates KPIs (key performance indicators) to generate KQI (key quality indicator) metrics. KQIs can be modeled to provide a visual representation of service-level agreement (SLA) commitments. With SHM, administrators can visually determine a specific level of quality for defined services and take proactive action to meet SLAs.
Management
\n- Predefined KPIs and Custom KPIs: Comprehensive collection of KPIs: provides five predefined KPIs (device monitoring, interface monitoring, NQA voice communication, NQA link, NTA traffic) by extracting KPI indices from all IMC modules (including platform traps, performance, NQA and NTA) to implement measurement-based definitions of network performance. Pre-define comprehensive KQIs: allows you to pre-define various KQIs (e.g., device status, interface performance, NQA voice communication and link quality, or NTA host traffic).\n.
