The HPE Foundation Care Service consists of comprehensive hardware and software services designed to help you increase the availability of your IT infrastructure. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) technical staff work alongside your IT team to assist you in resolving hardware and software issues that arise with HPE products and those from selected other vendors. For hardware products covered by HPE Foundation Care, the service includes remote diagnostics and remote support, as well as on-site hardware repair when necessary to resolve an issue. For eligible HPE hardware products, this service may also include basic software support and a shared request management for selected software from other vendors. Contact HPE to learn which eligible software products can be included in the coverage of your hardware product. For software products covered by HPE Foundation Care, HPE provides technical remote support and access to software updates and patches.
