High mass flow air stream, enhanced. The AWM5000 series microbridge air flow sensors feature a Venturi-style flow housing. They measure flow rates up to 20 SLPM while generating a maximum pressure drop of 2.25 N H2O. The microbridge chip is in direct contact with the flow, significantly reducing the chances of errors due to openings or bypass channel blockages.
