Product details

The AFG-2105 function generator with direct digital signal generation (DDS) offers a bandwidth of 5 MHz. Features include standard sine, square, ramp, noise, and 20 MSa/s arbitrary waveform with 10-bit vertical resolution. In addition, AM/FM/FSK modulation, sweep and frequency counter functions are available. The 8.89 cm color LCD monitor displays all waveform parameters and settings. A USB interface can be used for remote control with a computer. The arbitrary waveform can be generated via the freely downloadable PC® software and transferred to the generator via USB.
