Product details
Core temperature sensor with a large white PTFE handle. The sensor consists of a VA4 tube with a diameter of 3 mm and a needle-shaped piercing tip. It is sealed to be water and steam resistant. The 1 m long PTFE cable with a miniature flat connector features a stainless steel strain relief. The food sensor is ideally suited for temperature measurements in large kitchens, bakeries, butcher shops, etc., due to its robust construction and fast response time.
