As in the comics, the game sends Hellboy on a series of completely different and unique adventures, and while each story stands alone, they are all connected by the mysterious legacy of the Butterfly House.

Welcome to the Wyrd: The Butterfly House, built in 1962 by the occultist Pasquale Deneveaux, is more than just a residence; it is a gateway. Constructed based on occult ley energies, its strange angles and non-Euclidean geometries were designed with a single, nefarious purpose in mind: to open doors to a horrific and fascinating dimension known as The Wyrd.

Roguelike Action Brawler: Explore the realms within the Wyrd and battle a host of nightmarish creatures and homunculi (or on hooves). The combat is designed to create challenging encounters that encourage you to learn patterns, dodge, parry, and—of course—smash your enemies into oblivion.
