Godox IVM S2

The compact and lightweight Godox IVM-S2 camera mount shotgun microphone is ideal for vloggers, run-and-gun shooters or mobile journalists recording audio on the move with their camera or compatible mobile device. The shotgun microphone picks up cardioid audio signals to eliminate interference from behind the camera. It also has two low-cut filters at 75 and 150 Hz to reduce unwanted low-frequency noise from air conditioning systems or traffic.

The three gain levels can be adjusted using the integrated controls. An integrated shockmount prevents the recording from being affected by vibrations and allows the microphone to be attached to the camera or gimbal of your smartphone. Two supplied cables - a 3.5 mm jack plug and a 3.5 mm jack plug to TRRS - make the microphone compatible with DSLR and mirrorless cameras as well as smartphones with a 3.5 mm connection. The microphone runs for more than 500 hours on a single AA battery, giving it an extremely long battery life.
