Features: Switch and dim incandescent lamps, HV halogen lamps, electronic transformers for halogen or LED lamps, dimmable inductive transformers for halogen or LED lamps, HV LED or compact fluorescent lamps. Operation via remote control. Automatic or manual adjustment of the dimming principle suitable for the load (phase cut-on or phase cut-off). Display of the selected operating mode via LED. Gentle switching on to protect the lamps. Switch-on brightness can be permanently stored. Switch on with the last set brightness or stored switch-on brightness. Minimum brightness adjustable. Electronic short circuit protection. Electronic over-temperature protection. Operates with or without a neutral wire connection.

Notes: Generally, the dimmer can operate without a neutral wire connection; however, some LED and CFLi lamps may require a neutral wire connection to avoid flickering issues. When operating without a neutral wire, the minimum load for incandescent lamps, HV halogen, Gira Tronic transformers, and wound transformers increases to 50 W. Electronic transformers and ballasts for LED lamps can be operated in the dimming method specified by the manufacturer. The switch-on brightness cannot be stored with a push button. For installation in false ceilings, the installation adapter Mini housing 5429 00 is used. If the ambient temperature exceeds 25 °C, the connected load must be reduced.
