Fujitsu Product Support Hardware includes the diagnosis of hardware faults and their elimination by repair or replacement. Fujitsu responds to an incident and resolves the problem according to the contractually agreed service level agreement, which can be an offsite or onsite service.
Fujitsu Support Pack Hardware is a product-related service contract with a one-time payment and a fixed contract period of 1 to 5 years. The service period can be extended by purchasing a corresponding follow-up Support Pack. Service levels can be selected from standard options.
Unless otherwise expressly provided, the Fujitsu ServiceContract can be concluded at any time within the product lifetime applicable to the product up to 12 months before the end of service for this product. It offers more flexibility than a Support Pack, with service levels that can be agreed according to the customer's needs.
