This compact and lightweight 18mm XF lens (35mm equivalent: 27mm) is incredibly versatile. It allows for high-resolution shots right to the edges of the image. The lens features ED glass elements and other advanced lens components, all meticulously polished and coated with a Super EBC treatment.

The high-quality metal housing is equipped with a precisely crafted aperture ring that allows for intuitive adjustments of the aperture values in 1/3-stop increments. The unique design of the aperture blades creates an excellent bokeh effect. The blades are curved, resulting in an almost circular aperture shape at all f-stop settings. The edges of the blades are rounded, contributing to a sharper image. The FUJIFILM X mount fully utilizes the advantages of a mirrorless design. The short flange distance of just 17.7mm enables high resolution performance across the entire image area.
