It supports Wi-Fi 7 on 2.4 and 5 GHz and features a 1 x 2.5-Gigabit LAN port (IEEE 802.3bz standard, NBase-T) for super-fast LAN. When the FRITZ!Box 7690 is not needed as a modem, it can also be used in router mode with a cable or fiber modem, benefiting from the outstanding FRITZ!OS.
